7. Dezember – Geeta S. Iyengar – hat Geburtstag

Dear Yoga Practitioners and Friends,

on the occasion of her birthday, Light-on-Yoga Academy (LOY) will be showing her lecture from 7th December 2014 called Yoganushasanam on B.K.S. Iyengar, who died on 20th August 2014. She talks about him and the meaning of yoga (30 min.) and then teaches Supta Padangushthasana (start: 8.00 p.m., as part of our Class Yoga für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene with Ramona Kasper).

On Friday, 8th December 2023, at 4.00 p.m. at the beginning of the Advanced Friday class, Rita will show Geeta’s lecture from 8th December 2014 on Pranayama.

The Lecture is in line with our subject for the year 2023 “VAYUS”.

Liebe Yogaübende und liebe Yogafreundinnen und Yogafreunde,

anläßlich ihres Geburtstags zeigt Light-on-Yoga Academy (LOY) vom Yoganushasanam 2014 den 7. Dezember 2014, ihrem Geburtstag, ihre Lecture über B.K.S. Iyengar, der am 20. August 2014 starb. Sie spricht über ihn und den Sinn von Yoga (30 Min.) und unterrichtet danach Supta Padangushthasana (Anfang um 20:00 Uhr, im Rahmen unserer Klasse Yoga für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene mit Ramona Kasper).

Am Freitag, den 8. Dezember 2023, zeigt Rita um 16:00 Uhr zu Beginn der Advanced Friday Klasse Geeta’s Lecture vom 8. Dezember 2014 über Pranayama.
